List of 15 items
Ranking sheets or paper
Pens
Timer or stopwatch
Instructions
Individual Ranking (5 min):
Distribute the list of 15 salvaged items to each participant.
Ask everyone to independently rank the items from 1 (most important) to 15 (least important).
Discussion is not allowed during this stage.
Group Discussion (10 min):
Divide participants into small teams (3–5 people).
Each member shares their ranking and explains reasoning.
Discuss differences and agree on a team ranking.
Team Reflection & Debrief (5 min):
Compare your team’s final ranking with expert ranking.
Discuss differences and reasoning.
Reflect on communication, prioritization, and collaboration.
